Record updating activities namely Addition of Fathers Particulars, Re-registration, Correction of Error, Late Entry of Name and Late Registration involves modifying the original vital record. To do a record updating activity you must complete a paper application form and submit the document to any branch of the RGD. All completed application forms for these activities must be signed by a notary public (overseas applicants)   or a Justice of the Peace (local applicants).
