Off Site Data Entry of Vital Records
The Registrar General’s Department (RGD) invites Data Entry firms who are currently registered on the National Contracts Commission (NCC) Registers of Public Contractors, to tender for the supply of Off-Site Data Entry of Vital Records for the Agency. Funding will be provided by the Government of Jamaica (GOJ) allocation.
The invitation to tender is for the provision of off site data entry services for a period of two years.

Tender documents may be obtained Tender documents may be obtained at a non-refundable cost of Jamaican Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($7500.00) or United States One Hundred Dollars (US$100.00) between November 5, 2008 and December 5, 2008, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. from the Procurement Unit, Registrar General’s Department, Twickenham Park, St. Catherine.
COMPLETED DOCUMENTS must be placed in the tender box located at the Staff Entrance of the Registrar General’s Department Head Office, Twickenham Park, St. Catherine.
Tender documents will be received up to 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 6, 2009. Late bids will not be accepted. Opening of the Tenders will commence at 3:30 p.m. on the same day, individuals/firms will be invited to attend or to send a representative.
