The Registrar General’s Department (RGD) respects your right to privacy and is committed in utilizing technologies that gives you the most rewarding and safe online experience. During the conduct of business with the RGD one may be asked to provide personal information, such as you name, address, email etc. The information provided is used for technical and customer application processing and isn’t shared with third parties.
The RGD uses a contractual fulfilment vendor for credit card processing service to facilitate the purchase of services offered by the Agency. This financial institution does not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.


Other identifiable information
Non-personally identifiable information is collected to enable the RGD to analyse the functionality of its website to determine if it is accomplishing its purpose in providing exceptional web experience. The information collected cannot identify an individual; some of the information collected includes statistics on the pages which are most and least frequently visited
